SelvaScore earns affiliate commissions from retailers when readers purchase through links on the site. The retailers we currently link to include Amazon, Best Buy, and brand-direct stores. We may add or remove retailers over time.

Manufacturers do not pay for placement or rankings. Laptop brands cannot buy a higher score, an editorial mention, or removal of a criticism. We do not accept review units conditional on coverage. We do not give pre-publication review to manufacturers.

Editorial decisions sit with the editor. Affiliate operations are managed separately so commercial relationships cannot quietly bleed into rankings. Switching the affiliate program for a retailer would not change a single score on this site.
